| 摘要 |
维持性血液透析是终末期肾病患者延续生命的关键治疗手段，而长期血管通路作为血液透析的“生命通道”，其功能状态直接影响透析充分性与患者预后。血管通路长期使用过程中易面临感染、血栓形成、狭窄等并发症威胁，不仅增加患者痛苦，还可能缩短通路使用寿命。基于此，本篇文章对维持性血液透析患者长期血管通路的护理管理进行研究，以供参考。

| Abstract |
Maintenance hemodialysis is a crucial treatment for patients with end-stage renal disease to prolong their lives. As the "lifeline" for hemodialysis, the functional status of long-term vascular access directly affects the adequacy of dialysis and patient prognosis. Long-term use of vascular access is prone to complications such as infection, thrombosis, and stenosis, which not only increase patient suffering but may also shorten the lifespan of the access. Based on this, this article explores the nursing management of long-term vascular access in maintenance hemodialysis patients for reference.
