| 摘要 |
围绕血液透析患者的心理护理与社会支持网络构建展开研究，探讨了影响患者心理状态的主要因素，包括年龄、病程、治疗方式、经济状况及家庭关系等。研究表明，良好的心理护理能够有效缓解患者的焦虑与抑郁情绪，提升其生活质量。同时，社会支持网络的完善对于增强患者心理韧性、改善治疗依从性具有重要意义。本文提出通过建立系统心理评估机制、开展多维度心理干预以及加强护患沟通等实践路径，结合家庭、医院与社区资源，构建全方位的社会支持体系，为血液透析患者提供更全面的心理健康保障。

| Abstract |
This study focuses on the psychological care and social support network construction of hemodialysis patients, exploring the main factors that affect their psychological state, including age, disease duration, treatment methods, economic status, and family relationships. Research has shown that good psychological care can effectively alleviate patients anxiety and depression, and improve their quality of life. At the same time, the improvement of social support networks is of great significance for enhancing patients psychological resilience and improving treatment compliance. This article proposes to establish a systematic psychological assessment mechanism, carry out multidimensional psychological interventions, and strengthen nurse patient communication through practical paths, combined with family, hospital, and community resources, to construct a comprehensive social support system and provide more comprehensive psychological health protection for hemodialysis patients.
