Objective To analyze in detail the effect of precise nursing on arteriovenous fistula after kidney transplantation. Methods 100 cases of uremic kidney transplantation patients in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as research objects. According to different clinical nursing methods, the patients were divided into two groups (equal division), namely the study group and the reference group. The patients in the reference group were given routine nursing and the patients in the study group were given precise nursing. The incidence of complications of intravenous fistula, negative emotion score, quality of life score and nursing satisfaction data of patients after nursing were analyzed and compared between groups, and the nursing effect was judged on this basis. Results According to the data statistics, the incidence of complications of arteriovenous fistula, negative emotion scores of SAS and SDS, patients quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared, and the study group was superior to the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Accurate nursing has significant effect on intra-arteriovenous fistula after kidney transplantation, which can significantly reduce complications, significantly improve patients negative emotions, and significantly improve their quality of life. The nursing effect can improve patients satisfaction, and the clinical application value exists, which is worthy of promotion and reference.
