| 摘要 |
目的 探究手术麻醉采用预见性护理的临床价值。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年1月我院接受手术的患者60例进行研究，随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用预见性护理，每组30例。比较两组患者心理状态、手术配合度、麻醉诱导时间、麻醉苏醒时间以及护理满意度。结果 观察组SAS、SDS评分、麻醉诱导时间、麻醉苏醒时间均低于对照组，手术配合度、护理满意度均高于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 预见性护理应用于手术麻醉可减轻患者术前心理状态、提高手术配合度和护理满意度，具有较高的临床应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical value of predictive nursing in surgical anesthesia. Methods Sixty patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected for the study and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received anticipatory care, with 30 cases in each group. Compare the psychological status, surgical cooperation, anesthesia induction time, anesthesia recovery time, and nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients. Results The SAS and SDS scores, anesthesia induction time, and anesthesia recovery time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, while the surgical cooperation and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of anticipatory nursing in surgical anesthesia can alleviate patients preoperative psychological state, improve surgical cooperation and nursing satisfaction, and has high clinical application value.
