| 摘要 |
目的 分析在外科手术护理中采用麻醉护理的应用价值。方法 选取2022年11月至2023年12月64例接受外科手术的患者作为观察对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各组32例，对照组采用常规外科护理，观察组在此基础上实施麻醉护理，对比两组患者心理状态、麻醉苏醒时间及并发症发生率。结果 通过护理后，观察组的焦虑（SAS）、抑郁（SDS）的评分都低于对照组，麻醉苏醒时间更短，并发症发生率更低。其差异均具有意义（P<0.05）。结论 麻醉护理在外科手术护理中具有重要的价值，可有效改善患者的心理状态，缩短麻醉苏醒时间，降低并发症发生率，利于患者术后康复，值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application value of anesthesia nursing in surgical nursing. Methods A total of 64 patients who underwent surgical operations from November 2022 to December 2023 were selected as observation subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group received routine surgical nursing, and the observation group implemented anesthesia nursing on this basis. The psychological state, anesthesia recovery time and complication rate of the two groups of patients were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of anxiety (SAS) and depression (SDS) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the anesthesia recovery time was shorter, and the complication rate was lower. The differences were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Anesthesia nursing has important value in surgical nursing, which can effectively improve the patients psychological state, shorten the anesthesia recovery time, reduce the incidence of complications, and facilitate the patients postoperative recovery. It is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
