Objective To investigate and analyze the impact of personalized nursing combined with continuous nursing on patients with COPD. Methods A randomized controlled single-blind clinical trial was designed. The start period was from August 2022 to August 2023. A total of 80 patients with COPD admitted to the hospital during this period were included in the sample. They were randomly divided into groups according to a 1:1 ratio, with 40 in each group (n=40). The conventional nursing service group was named the reference group; the personalized nursing combined with continuous nursing group was named the study group, and the efficacy of different intervention strategies was finally evaluated. The differences in lung function indicators, compliance, psychological state scores, quality of life scores, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results All indicators of the study group were significantly better than those of the reference group, P<0.05. Conclusion The application and adoption of personalized nursing + continuous nursing can not only effectively improve the lung function of patients with COPD and improve their quality of life, but also greatly promote the harmony of the nurse-patient relationship and improve nursing satisfaction.
