Objective To discuss and study the effect of full-course nursing on neurological function of patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing endovascular interventional treatment. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent interventional treatment in our hospital from July 2023 to June 2024 were selected for the study and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received full-course nursing. The neurological function of the two groups of patients before and after nursing was analyzed; compliance with medical treatment. Results Before nursing, the neurological function scores of the two groups of patients were not statistically significant, p>0.05. After nursing, the neurological function scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, p<0.05, which was statistically significant; the compliance with medical treatment of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, p<0.05, which was statistically significant. Conclusion Providing full-course nursing for patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing endovascular interventional treatment can improve the patients neurological function and enhance their compliance with medical treatment, which is worth promoting.
