| 摘要 |
目的 探究分析中医经典方学习对改善中医护理服务的应用。方法 选取2024年2月至2024年7月院内护理人员共40例，作为本次研究对象。予以院内护理人员进行中医经典方教学。在完成教学工作之后，通过比较学习前及学习后院内护理人员的中医护理服务质量，以及护理人员的评判性思维能力。结果 在中医护理服务质量方面，学习后明显优于学习前，P＜0.05。在评判性思维能力方面，学习后的评判性思维能力评分远高于高于学习前，P＜0.05。结论 及时开展中医经典方学习，能够显著提升护理人员评判性思维能力，同时能够显著改善院内对中医护理服务质量，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the application of learning Chinese medicine classic prescriptions in improving Chinese medicine nursing services. Methods A total of 40 in-hospital nursing staff from February 2024 to July 2024 were selected as the subjects of this study. Provide teaching of TCM classic prescriptions to in-hospital nursing staff. After completing the teaching work, the quality of traditional Chinese medicine nursing services provided by in-hospital nurses before and after the study, as well as the nurses critical thinking ability, were compared. Results The quality of TCM nursing services after learning was significantly better than before learning, P < 0.05. In terms of critical thinking ability, the critical thinking ability scores after learning were much higher than before learning, P < 0.05. Conclusion Timely learning of TCM classic prescriptions can significantly improve the critical thinking ability of nursing staff and significantly improve the quality of TCM nursing services in hospitals, which is worthy of promotion and application.
