| 摘要 |
目的 观察分析对帕金森病患者实施叙事护理的临床效果和应用价值。方法 采用回顾性研究方法，选择院内就诊的60例帕金森病患者（样本纳入例数：60例；样本纳入时间：2023年5月至2024年5月），以随机摸球为基础分组方式，分为对照、实验两个小组，观察例数高度一致。分别实施常规护理，叙事护理。收集分析护理效果。结果 与对照组（常规护理）相比，实验组（叙事护理）的负性情绪评分（焦虑/抑郁）更低，生活质量评分（角色功能/情绪功能/认知功能/社会功能/躯体功能/总体健康）更高，并发症发生率更低，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 叙事护理可以有效促进帕金森病患者并发症发生率降低，有助于缓解负性情绪，改善生活质量，改善预后促进恢复，有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and application value of implementing narrative care for patients with Parkinsons disease. Methods Using a retrospective study method, 60 patients with Parkinsons disease were selected (sample inclusion number: 60 cases; sample inclusion time: May 2023 to May 2024), and divided into two groups: control and experiment, which were highly consistent. Carry out routine care and narrative care respectively. Collect and analyze the nursing effect. Results Compared with the control group (usual care), the experimental group (narrative care) had lower negative mood scores (anxiety / depression), higher quality of life scores (role function / emotional function / cognitive function / social function / physical function / overall health), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Narrative care can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with Parkinsons disease, help relieve negative mood, improve quality of life, improve prognosis and promote recovery, and has high application value.
