Objective To explore the effect of specialized hierarchical nursing on emergency rescue in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 54 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to November 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received specialized hierarchical nursing care. Compare the emergency rescue time, hospitalization time, neurological deficit score, and daily ability score between two groups of patients. Results After intervention, the emergency rescue time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the neurological deficit score was lower than that of the control group, and the daily ability score was higher than that of the control group. The differences were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Specialized hierarchical nursing has a significant effect on emergency rescue of stroke patients, effectively shortening emergency rescue time and hospitalization time, improving patients neurological function and daily living ability. Promoting patient recovery is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
