护士主导专病一体化护理在青光眼患者围手术期中的应用效果观察

| 摘要 |
目的 探究在青光眼患者围手术期中应用护士主导专病一体化护理的临床效果。方法 抽取2022年6月至2023年3月期间我院收治的青光眼手术患者72例为研究对象，按照随机信封法均衡分组处理，分别为对照组与实验组，对照组36例，接受常规护理模式；实验组36例，接受护士主导专病一体化护理。对比指标：护理依从性评分、并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果 干预后，实验组在遵医嘱治疗、科学饮食、规律生活方式等方面护理依从性评分均高于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在青光眼患者围手术期中运用护士主导专病一体化护理效果理想，可明显降低患者术后并发症情况，提升其护理依从性，护理模式值得推崇。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nurse-led integrated care in glaucoma patients. Methods 72 glaucoma surgery patients admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to March 2023 were selected as study subjects and were treated in the control group and the control group and 36 patients in the control group; 36 patients in the experimental group received nurse-led integrated care. Comparison indicators: nursing compliance score, complication rate and nursing satisfaction. Results After the intervention, the nursing compliance scores of the experimental group in terms of treatment, scientific diet, and regular lifestyle was statistically significant (P <0.05); the complication rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion In the perioperative period of glaucoma patients, it has an ideal integrated nursing effect, which can significantly reduce the postoperative complications of patients, improve their nursing compliance, and the nursing mode is worthy of praise.
