| 摘要 |
目的 分析在急诊护理中应用急诊分诊安全管理模式的影响效力。方法 我院从2022年1月开始急诊分诊安全管理模式。将2022年1月就诊常规急诊护理管理的150例患者资料为对照组，再将2022年1月以后接受了急诊分诊安全管理模式的150例患者资料为观察组，对比两组护理质量以及风险事件发生率。结果 观察组患者护理质量优于对照组，且风险事件发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 在急诊护理中应用急诊分诊安全管理模式有利于打造和谐有秩序且安全的就诊氛围，同时保障急诊治疗和护理尽早开展，利于患者满意度提高和护理质量提高，患者有较好的就诊体验。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the impact and effectiveness of applying emergency triage safety management mode in emergency nursing. Methods Our hospital will implement an emergency triage safety management model starting from January 2022. The data of 150 patients who received routine emergency nursing management in January 2022 will be used as the control group, and the data of 150 patients who received emergency triage safety management mode after January 2022 will be used as the observation group to compare the nursing quality and risk event incidence between the two groups. Results The nursing quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the incidence of risk events was lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of emergency triage safety management mode in emergency nursing is conducive to creating a harmonious, orderly and safe atmosphere for medical treatment, while ensuring that emergency treatment and nursing are carried out as early as possible, which is beneficial for improving patient satisfaction and nursing quality, and providing patients with a better medical experience.
