医护与家属协同护理模式在小儿肺炎干预中的应用

| 摘要 |
目的 浅析小儿肺炎患者采用医护与家属协同护理模式的效果。方法 选取2023年1月～2023年12月收治的小儿肺炎患者60例，对照组采用常规护理；观察组采用医护与家属协同护理模式，对比临床疗效。结果 观察组患儿症状改善用时短于对照组，对比差异显著，P＜0.05；观察组患儿家属对护理工作满意度评价高于对照组，对比差异显著，P＜0.05。观察患儿护理依从率为96.67%，高于对照组的73.33%，对比差异显著，P＜0.05。结论 针对小儿肺炎患者实施医护与家属协同护理模式的效果显著，有助于缩短临床症状改善用时，提升家属信任度和满意度，值得推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of cooperative nursing care and family care for pediatric pneumonia patients. Methods Selected 60 pediatric pneumonia patients admitted from January 2023 to December 2023, the control group adopted routine care; the observation group adopted the mode of medical care and family care to compare the clinical efficacy. Results The symptom improvement time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the contrast difference was significant, P <0.05; the nursing satisfaction evaluation of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the contrast difference was significant, P <0.05. The nursing compliance rate of observed children was 96.67%, higher than 73.33% in the control group, and the contrast difference was significant, P <0.05. Conclusion The effect of implementing the collaborative care with family care for pediatric pneumonia patients is remarkable, which is helpful to shorten the improvement of clinical symptoms, improve the trust and satisfaction of family members, which is worthy of promotion and application.
