| 摘要 |
【摘要】目的：探讨对老年慢性支气管炎患者实施双模式健康教育联合焦点式心理护理对其心理及健康知识认知水平的影响。方法：本文将2018年6月至2020年7月收治的老年慢性支气管炎患者80例作为研究对象，对所有患者按照随机方式进行分组，对照组40例患者以常规护理进行干预，观察组40例患者以双模式健康教育联合焦点式心理护理进行干预，对干预前后SAS评分、SDS评分、健康知识掌握情况、治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果：两组之间SAS评分、SDS评分相比，观察组较对照组低；健康知识掌握情况、治疗依从性及护理满意度相比，观察组较对照组高，P＜0.05。结论：双模式健康教育联合焦点式心理护理在老年慢性支气管炎患者中具有较好的应用效果，可改善患者不良情绪，提高治疗依从性与护理满意度，提升其对健康知识掌握度。

| Abstract |
[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of dual mode health education combined with focus psychological nursing on the cognitive level of psychological and health knowledge of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods: 80 cases of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis from June 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research object, and all patients were randomly divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases). SAS score, SDS score and health knowledge were mastered before and after the intervention Condition, treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction. Results: the SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were lower than those of the control group; the health knowledge, treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: dual mode health education combined with focus psychological nursing has good application effect in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis, which can improve patients bad emotions, improve treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction, and improve their mastery of health knowledge.
