| 摘要 |
目的 分析在心脏骤停患者的护理方案中应用急诊护理干预对康复效果的影响。方法 将2022年1月-2023年12月内于本院就诊的心脏骤停患者82例以分组随机法分41例对照组常规护理，41例观察组实施急诊护理干预。在不同护理模式差异下，以术后康复效果、不良反应发生情况进行观察。结果 护理后，观察组术后康复效果指标优于对照组，对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。且观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组，指标对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 心脏骤停患者中应用急诊护理干预可促进心肺复苏后康复效果，利于患者进早转归和康复，且患者不良反应低，远期预后更优。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the impact of emergency nursing intervention on rehabilitation outcomes in the nursing plan for patients with cardiac arrest. Methods 82 patients with cardiac arrest who visited our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group (n=41) receiving routine nursing care and an observation group (n=41) receiving emergency nursing intervention. Observe the postoperative rehabilitation effect and incidence of adverse reactions under different nursing modes. Results After nursing, the postoperative rehabilitation effect indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the comparison of indicators was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of emergency nursing intervention in patients with cardiac arrest can promote the rehabilitation effect after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, facilitate early recovery and rehabilitation, and have low adverse reactions and better long-term prognosis.
