摘要
目的 探究将习惯养成教育下延续性护理应用在胃食管反流病(GERD)患者中效果。方法 选择我院收治的60例GERD患者,随机平分成对照组和观察组,分别实行常规护理和习惯养成教育下的延续性护理,对比效果。结果 观察组遵医行为、ESCA评分、生活质量均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 将习惯养成教育的延续性护理应用在GERD患者中,可增强其遵医行为,提升自护能力,有效改善生活质量。
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing under habit-forming education in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Methods 60 patients with GERD in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and were given routine nursing and continuous nursing under habit-forming education respectively, and the effects were compared. Results The compliance behavior, ESCA score and quality of life of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Applying the continuous nursing of habit formation education to GERD patients can enhance their compliance behavior, enhance their self-care ability and effectively improve their quality of life.
