Objective To study the influence factors of compliance of patients with schizophrenia treated with palmitone.Methods 165 schizophrenics admitted to psychiatric from January 2017 to March 2019 were included in the study. All the patients were treated with palmitone palmitate injection. The basic clinical data of the patients were collected and followed up for one year. The compliance of the patients treated with palmitone palmitate injection was observed within one year. The independent influencing factors of the compliance of the patients treated with palmitone palmitate injection were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results During the 1-year follow-up period, 3 cases fell off and 162 cases were followed up effectively, 102 patients were treated with palmitone palmitate injection, accounting for 62.96%; 60 patients were interrupted, accounting for 37.04%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age（OR=1.431，95%CI=1.357～1.518）, family per capita monthly income（OR=3.257，95%CI=0.673～1.288）, dose of the third injection（OR=1.554，95%CI=1.242～1.412）, self-knowledge（OR=1.670，95%CI=1.515～1.678）were independent factors influencing the compliance of patients with schizophrenia treated by palmitone injection.Conclusion The treatment compliance of schizophrenic patients was poor. Age, family per capita monthly income, dose of the third injection and self-knowledge were the independent influencing factors
