Objective To explore the feasibility of seamless nursing management in elderly patients without tension hernia repair. Methods experimental samples are selected from June 2022 to June 2024 in our hospital for elderly without tension hernia repair patients, a total of 80 cases, according to the experimental requirements using the parity grouping principle all personnel are divided into two groups, respectively implement routine nursing management (control group) and operating room seamless nursing management (observation group), record different intervention after two groups of patients related data indicators, using the statistical system to complete analysis and comparison, the observed differences. Results Operation-related indicators, vital signs indicators, postoperative recovery effect data and complication rate data in the observation group were better than those in the control group. The P values between the two groups were <0.05, which was comparable. Conclusion During the treatment of seamless nursing management measures in the operating room of elderly patients without tension hernia repair is conducive to improving the quality of the operation, improving the postoperative recovery effect, reducing the risk of pain and related complications. The overall application value is accurate, which is worth popularizing and popularizing.
