【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between coping style, hope level, psychological resilience, cancer recurrence fear and depression level in patients with gastric cancer. Methods 122 patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected and divided into depression group (56 cases) and non depression group (66 cases) according to whether depression occurred during hospitalization. Record two groups of general data and clinical pathology, including medical coping modes questionnaire (MCMQ) score, Herth hope scale (HHI) score, mental resilience scale (CD - RISC) score, cancer recurrence fear scale (FCRI) score, etc., using multiariable Logistic regression analysis of independent influence factors of gastric cancer patients with depression, judge the occurrence of gastric cancer patients with depression and disease coping styles, hope level, mental flexibility, fear of cancer recurrence relations. Results The proportion of family income per capita < 3000 yuan, disease stage of stage Ⅲ + Ⅳ, medical payment at their own expense in the depression group was significantly higher than that in the non depression group (P<0.05), the course of disease, yield coping score and fcri score were significantly higher than those in the non depression group (P<0.05), and the HHI score and cd-risc score of the depression group were significantly lower than those of the non depression group (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in age, education level, smoking history, hypertension history, tumor diameter and pathological type between the two groups (P>0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that, in addition to family monthly income (OR=3.902, 95%CI=1.362~11.179), disease course (OR=3.367, 95%CI=2.164~5.239), medical payment methods (OR=5.862, 95%CI=2.912~11.800), yield response score (OR=2.450, 95%CI=1.672~3.590), HHI score (OR=3.224, 95%CI=1.706~6.093), CD-RISC score (OR=3.184, 95%CI=1.014~9.998), FCRI score (OR=4.870, 95%CI=1.082~21.920) are also independent influencing factors of depression in patients with gastric cancer (P<0.05). Conclusion The occurrence of depression in patients with gastric cancer is related to disease coping style, hope level, psychological resilience, cancer recurrence fear and so on.
