摘要
目的 探究使用FOCUS-PDCA在口腔门诊院感质控管理中的成效。方法 选择8名我院口腔门诊医护人员,依照管理模式施行前后分组,2021年1月~2021年12月实施常规管理模式,2022年1月~2023年7月实行FOCUS-PDCA模式,对比效果。结果 实施后,分诊内环境样本检测合格率、手卫生依从率、正确洗手率、管理质量明显优于实施前(P<0.05)。结论 将FOCUS-PDCA模式应用在口腔门诊院感质控管理中,可使诊室环境监测合格率提高,提升正确洗手和手卫生依从率,有效提高医院管理质量。
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of using FOCUS-PDCA in the quality control of hospital sensation in dental clinic. Methods Eight outpatient medical staff in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the management mode before and after implementation. The routine management mode was implemented from January 2021 to December 2021, and the FOCUS-PDCA mode was implemented from January 2022 to July 2023, and the effects were compared. Results After the implementation, the qualified rate, hand hygiene compliance rate, correct hand washing rate and management quality of environmental samples in triage were significantly better than before (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of FOCUS-PDCA mode in the quality control management of hospital sense in stomatology outpatient department can improve the qualified rate of environmental monitoring in consulting room, improve the compliance rate of correct hand washing and hand hygiene, and effectively improve the quality of hospital management.
