Objective To analyze the effect of community diversified care in the out-of-hospital management of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods ening my community in January 2023-January 2024,100 cases meet the study of elderly type 2 diabetes patients as the research object, and average patients into research group and reference group, the purpose is to carry out the difference between nursing patients, accept routine community caregivers are classified as reference group (50 cases), accept community diversified caregivers are research group (50 cases), compare the two groups of nursing effect. Results Patients fasting blood glucose and blood glucose two hours after meals, and the study group was lower than the reference group (P <0.05); the total response rate study group was higher than the reference group (P <0.05); and the quality of life score was higher than the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion In the out-of-hospital management of elderly type 2 diabetes patients, the application of community diversified nursing has obvious effect, patients blood sugar is significantly improved, treatment compliance is improved, and their quality of life is enhanced. The application effect has been satisfied by patients, which is worthy of wide application.
