Objective To investigate and analyze the influence of participatory health education on postpartum breastfeeding practices and subjective well-being. Methods A randomized controlled single-blind clinical trial was designed from July 2022 to July 2023 with postpartum follow-up of 100 women, randomized at 1:1 in each group (n=50). The group named the reference group, the research group implemented community continuity care + family participatory health education, and finally evaluates the efficacy of different intervention strategies. Compare the differences in breastfeeding methods, subjective well-being, quality of life, and satisfaction with care. Results Study group showed superiority reference group, P <0.05. Conclusion In this study, focus on the analysis of community continuity nursing joint family health education on postpartum maternal significance, aims to provide effective reference for clinical research, outcome, the operation can not only effectively improve breastfeeding rate and maternal maternal subjective well-being, also can greatly improve the quality of maternal life and satisfaction of nursing work, can be adopted.
