| 摘要 |
目的 探究PDCA循环管理法在妇产科手术护理管理中的应用价值。方法 选取2023年10月-2024年10月本院收治的妇产科行手术治疗的患者60例进行研究，以数字表法分组，对照组行常规手术护理管理，观察组行PDCA循环管理法。统计两组护理管理的有效率；采取健康调查简表(the MOS item short from health survey, SF-36）统计出院前的生活质量指数。结果 观察组护理管理有效率偏高。观察组妇产科手术患者的SF-36指数偏高，表明生活质量偏高。（P<0.05）。结论 妇产科手术护理管理中实施PDCA循环管理法，可提升护理效率，改善患者预后。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application value of PDCA circulation management in surgical nursing management in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods 60 patients of obstetrics and gynecology admitted to our hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected for study, and the control group underwent routine surgical nursing management, and the observation group underwent PDCA cycle management. Efficiency of care management in both groups; using health survey questionnaire (the MOS item short from health survey, SF-36). Results The nursing management in the observation group was more efficient. The SF-36 index was high in patients in the observation group, indicating high quality of life.(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of PDCA cycle management method in the surgical nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology can improve nursing efficiency and improve patient prognosis.
