Objective To explore the effect of refined perioperative nursing in the nursing intervention of appendicitis patients. Methods Eighty patients with appendicitis treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups according to the order of their surgical time. The control group (40 cases) received routine perioperative care, while the observation group (40 cases) received refined perioperative care. The nursing effects of different nursing methods were compared. Results The observation group had significantly shorter first activity time, first exhaust time, first defecation time, and hospitalization time compared to the control group. The postoperative pain score and incidence of complications were lower, and the quality of life score was higher. The data differences were significant, P＜0.05, Has statistical significance. Conclusion Fine perioperative nursing has a significant nursing effect on patients with appendicitis, effectively relieving the degree of perioperative pain, reducing surgical stress response, lowering the incidence of complications, and promoting patient prognosis. It is recommended to promote its application.
