| 摘要 |
目的 探讨 2023 年 10月至 2024 年 10月期间预防性护理对神经内科患者并发症发生情况及康复效果的影响。方法 选取在此期间神经内科收治的 100 例患者，随机分为对照组与实验组，对照组采用常规护理，实验组实施针对性预防性护理措施，对比两组患者并发症发生率、康复指标等，运用统计学方法处理数据。结果 实验组并发症发生率显著低于对照组，康复指标优于对照组，表明预防性护理可有效减少神经内科患者并发症，促进康复。结论 强化预防性护理策略能为神经内科患者提供优质护理保障，提升临床护理质量，具有重要推广价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of preventive care on the occurrence of complications and rehabilitation effects in neurology patients from October 2023 to October 2024. Methods During this period, 100 patients admitted to the department of Neurology were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group adopted routine nursing, and the experimental group implemented targeted preventive nursing measures, compared the complication rate and rehabilitation index of the two groups, and used statistical methods to process the data. Results The complication rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the rehabilitation index was better than that of the control group, indicating that preventive nursing could effectively reduce the complications of neurology patients and promote rehabilitation. Conclusion Strengthening preventive nursing strategy can provide high quality nursing guarantee for neurology patients and improve the quality of clinical nursing, which has important promotion value.
