| 摘要 |
目的 分析医护团队护理模式对再生障碍性贫血患者生活质量的影响。方法 本次研究的起始时间为2023年8月份，截止时间为2024年8月份，患者的数量为80例，分成对照组和实验组，每组40例。对照组常规护理，实验组医护团队护理，分析两组患者的生活质量、心理状态。结果 两组患者通过不同护理措施后，实验组患者的生活质量优于对照组，p<0.05，对比患者的心理状态，实验组患者的心理状态更为稳定，p<0.05。结论 对再生障碍性贫血患者提供医护理团队护理模式，可以提升患者的生活质量，改善患者的心理状态，促进患者的恢复，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the influence of medical care mode on the quality of life of patients with aplastic anemia. Methods The starting time of this study was August 2023, and the deadline was August 2024. The number of patients was 80, divided into control group and experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group of routine nursing, the experimental group of medical team nursing, analyzed the quality of life and psychological state of the two groups. Results After different nursing measures in the two groups, the quality of life of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, p <0.05. Compared with the psychological state, the psychological state of the experimental group was more stable, p <0.05. Conclusion Providing medical care team care mode for patients with aplastic anemia can improve the quality of life of patients, improve the psychological state of patients, and promote the recovery of patients, which is worth advocating.
