The aim of this study is to explore the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine application combined with infrared therapy on acute pancreatitis. Through a retrospective analysis of the nursing practice of a patient with acute pancreatitis, it was found that the patients pain level was significantly reduced and patient satisfaction was high after receiving traditional Chinese medicine rubbing combined with infrared irradiation treatment. The specific method aims to apply the Huoxue Zhitong Powder and place it on the right flank of the affected area to assist in red line irradiation treatment, in order to alleviate the patients local Qi and blood circulation obstruction, stasis of meridians, promote inflammation absorption, and improve patient comfort. The treatment results showed signific ant improvements in the patients pain score, inflammation indicators, and quality of life. I n addition, the nursing of this case also made overall and systematic adjustments to emotional guidance, diet, and daily life to fully support the patients rehabilitation process. The results of this study indicate that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine application and infrared therapy is an effective adjunctive treatment method, which can provide personalized nursing plans for patients with acute pancreatitis and is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical nursing.
