一例肺癌终末期患者灵性照护护理实践

摘要	本文对运用灵性照护理念以及相关知识和技能，对一位处于肺癌晚期的患者进行灵性照护护理的实践经验进行了总结。通过帮助患者减轻身、心、社、灵的痛苦，提供症状管理、灵性需求评估、灵性照护，尊重患者的意愿和自主权，协助其实现可及的愿望，以及家属的哀伤辅导。患者在灵性照护介入20天后舒适、平静离世，取得了较满意的效果。
Abstract	This paper summarizes the practical experience of spiritual care for a patient with advanced lung cancer by using the concept of spiritual care and related knowledge and skills. By helping patients to relieve physical, mental, social and spiritual pain, we provide symptom management, spiritual needs assessment and spiritual care, respect patients wishes and autonomy, help them realize their accessible wishes, and provide grief counseling for their families. The patient died comfortably and peacefully after 20 days of spiritual care intervention, and achieved satisfactory results.
