| 摘要 |
目的 观察分析对老年心衰患者实施综合评估+常规护理的临床效果和应用价值。方法 选择我院于2023年5月至2024年5月内就诊的80例老年心衰患者，随机分为对照组（40例，常规护理）和研究组（40例，综合评估+常规护理），收集分析护理效果。结果 研究组护理后的症状缓解时间、住院时间更短，生活质量评分更高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 综合评估+常规护理可以有效改善老年心衰患者症状，缩短恢复时间、住院时间，提高生活质量，有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and application value of comprehensive evaluation and routine nursing for elderly patients with heart failure. Methods 80 elderly patients with heart failure in our hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were randomly divided into control group (40 cases, routine nursing) and study group (40 cases, comprehensive evaluation+routine nursing), and the nursing effect was collected and analyzed. Results After nursing, the symptom relief time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter, and the quality of life score was higher, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive evaluation and routine nursing can effectively improve the symptoms of elderly patients with heart failure, shorten the recovery time and hospitalization time, and improve the quality of life, which has high application value.
