In recent years, the continuity of TCM nursing combined with TCM fumigation therapy has been increasingly widely used in this field, and has achieved remarkable results. This paper aims to explore the latest application progress of TCM continuity nursing with TCM fumigation in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Diabetic peripheral neuropathy, as a common complication of diabetes, seriously affects the quality of life of patients. By providing long-term and systematic nursing guidance, TCM continuity nursing provides a new therapeutic path for patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy by combining with the traditional Chinese medicine therapy of TCM fumigation. This paper summarizes the clinical application of TCM continuity nursing combined with TCM fumigation in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, including its efficacy, nursing method, the mechanism of action and patient feedback, in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
