【Abstract】Objective To explore the influence of the companionship emotional management model on the companion function, mental state and psychological flexibility of patients with mental disorders caused by hyperthyroidism. Methods 180 patients with mental disorders caused by hyperthyroidism in our department were selected and grouped according to the random number table method. Ninety patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing care, and 90 patients in the observation group were treated with companionship emotional management mode intervention to observe the companion function, mental state, mental flexibility and recurrence rate of the two groups of patients. Results: After the intervention, the HAMD, HAMA scores and recurrence rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The total scores of APGAR, CD-RISC and the scores of each dimension were higher than those of the control group, which were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The companionship emotional management model for intervention in patients with mental disorders caused by hyperthyroidism can optimize the relationship between the patient and the companion, improve the mental state, increase the level of mental flexibility, and reduce the recurrence rate.
