Objective Exploring the application effect of staged nursing in three-dimensional post radiotherapy guided by CT for cervical cancer. Methods Select 100 cervical cancer patients who received CT guided 3D post radiotherapy in our hospital from January 2023 to September 2024 as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (50 cases, using conventional nursing methods) and an observation group (50 cases, using staged nursing), and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of complications in the observation group patients was significantly reduced (P<0.05), and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group patients was also significantly higher (P<0.05). The tumor relief rate of this observation group patients was higher (P<0.05), and their anxiety and depression scores were lower (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of staged nursing care for cervical cancer patients undergoing CT guided three-dimensional post radiotherapy has achieved significant results, significantly reducing the incidence of complications, effectively controlling tumor development, and improving nursing satisfaction. It has demonstrated high value in practical applications and is worth promoting and using.
