Objective To investigate and analyze the intervention effect of comprehensive nursing on endoscopic resection in patients with gastrointestinal polyps. Methods During the starting period from July 2023 to July 2024, the included sample was the patients with gastrointestinal polyps treated in the hospital during this period. A total of 86 cases were randomized according to the ratio of 1∶1 in each group (n=43). Reference group: give routine care service program, study group: give comprehensive care service program, and finally evaluate the efficacy effect under different intervention strategies. Compare the different performance of the two groups in mental status, emotional function, physical function, social function score, mental state score, complication rate, and nursing satisfaction program. Results All the indicators in the study group, P ＜0.05. Conclusion For patients with endoscopic resection of gastrointestinal polyps, the application value of comprehensive nursing service program is higher. On the one hand, it can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve the negative emotions and improve the quality of life of patients; on the other hand, it can enhance the friendship between nurses and patients and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work.
