| 摘要 |
目的 观察临床护理路径在垂体瘤患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法 选择2022年10月-2024年10月在我院就诊的垂体瘤患者82例，随机分2组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用临床护理路径，比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间少于对照组，组间对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，组间对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 垂体瘤患者围术期间实施临床护理路径可以提高手术效果，减少并发症，值得推荐。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the perioperative care of patients with pituitary tumor. Methods 82 pituitary tumor patients treated in our hospital from October 2022 to October 2024 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group adopted routine nursing, and the observation group adopted clinical nursing path to compare the nursing effect of the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss, operation time and hospital stay were less than the control group, and the difference was significant (P <0.05); the complication rate was lower than the control group, and the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical care pathway for pituitary tumor patients can improve the surgical effect and reduce the complications.
