Objective To analyze the surgical nursing intervention effect of pressure injury risk assessment strategy for patients undergoing laparoscopic lithotomy in clinical practice. Methods 84 patients who underwent laparoscopic stone cutting surgery in our hospitals surgical department from January 2021 to 2024 were included. They were randomly divided into a control group (conventional stone cutting nursing) and an observation group (operating room nursing under pressure injury risk assessment strategy), with 42 patients in each group, using a random envelope method. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and after intervention, the risk of pressure injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The comfort score was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). However, there was no statistically significant difference in the risk of pressure injury and comfort score between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). Conclusion Operating room nursing interventions under the pressure injury risk assessment strategy for patients undergoing laparoscopic stone cutting surgery can significantly optimize their surgical outcomes, improve comfort, and accelerate postoperative recovery.
