Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of preoperative anxiety on postoperative recovery, immune function and serum tumor markers of endometrial cancer. methods:a total of 146 patients with endometrial cancer who had undergone radical hysterectomy in our hospital were selected, Among them, 73 patients diagnosed with anxiety symptoms before operation were included as anxiety group, and 73 patients without anxiety were included as non anxiety group, After 3 months, the recovery, self-care ability (ESCA), serum tumor markers (CA125, HE4), immune function indexes (CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+, CA125、HE4), pain degree (VAS) and quality of life (SF-36) were observed. Results:There was no significant difference in the levels of CA125, HE4, CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 + between the two groups (P > 0.05). The level of CD4 + / CD8 + in anxiety group was significantly lower than that in non anxiety group (P < 0.05), VAS score was significantly higher than that in non anxiety group (P < 0.05), and SF-36 was significantly lower than that in non anxiety group (P < 0.05)。Conclusion:Preoperative anxiety can slow down the recovery rate of patients after radical hysterectomy, make the immune function disorder and reduce the quality of life of patients. Therefore, we should pay more attention to the psychological status of patients before operation and take appropriate psychological intervention measures according to the situation of patients.
