中药热奄包联合壮医敷贴对急性阑尾炎术后促进胃肠功能应用分析

| 摘要 |
目的 分析讨论中药热奄包联合壮医敷贴对急性阑尾炎术后促进胃肠功能应用分析疗效。方法 选择我院2023年10月-2024年10月急性阑尾炎手术80例患者为研究对象，平均分为观察组（术后中药热奄包联合壮医敷贴治疗）与对照组（术后常规治疗），比较两组术后恢复情况与腹胀程度、胃肠激素指标以及生活质量进行比较。结果 观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间（6.82±1.45h、13.12±2.01h、24.73±2.52h）均早于对照组，住院时间（5.31±0.70d）短于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组腹胀程度低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组胃肠激素指标改善度[胃泌素（108.31±23.54）μmol/L、胃动素（226.57±55.16）pg/mL、抑胃肽（127.43±16.79）pg/mL]优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组生活质量[躯体功能（78.32±7.23）分、角色功能（76.31±8.15）分、情绪功能（79.85±6.43）分、认知功能（82.82±9.58）分、社会功能（81.56±8.37）分]高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 中药热奄包联合壮医敷贴对急性阑尾炎术后促进胃肠功能效果明显，值得广泛推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze and discuss the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with Zhuangyi plaster on promoting gastrointestinal function after acute appendicitis surgery. Methods Selecting 80 patients who underwent acute appendicitis surgery in our hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 as the research subjects, they were evenly divided into an observation group (treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with Zhuangyi plaster after surgery) and a control group (treated with routine treatment after surgery). The postoperative recovery, degree of abdominal distension, gastrointestinal hormone indicators, and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The recovery time of bowel sounds, first exhaust time, and first defecation time (6.82 ± 1.45 hours, 13.12 ± 2.01 hours, 24.73 ± 2.52 hours) in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group after surgery, and the hospitalization time (5.31 ± 0.70 days) was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05); The degree of abdominal distension in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); The improvement of gastrointestinal hormone indicators in the observation group [gastrin (108.31 ± 23.54) μ mol/L, motilin (226.57 ± 55.16) pg/mL, gastric inhibitory peptide (127.43 ± 16.79) pg/mL] was better than that in the control group (P<0.05); The quality of life of the observation group (78.32 ± 7.23 points for physical function, 76.31 ± 8.15 points for role function, 79.85 ± 6.43 points for emotional function, 82.82 ± 9.58 points for cognitive function, and 81.56 ± 8.37 points for social function) was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress and Zhuangyi plaster has a significant effect on promoting gastrointestinal function after acute appendicitis surgery, and is worthy of wide promotion and application.
