| 摘要 |
目的 探讨脑卒中吞咽障碍患者采取早期康复护理的效果。方法 选取2023年7月至2024年7月收治脑卒中吞咽障碍患者80例，随机分为观察组（早期康复护理）和对照组（常规护理）各40例，对比效果。结果 观察组吞咽功能评分低于对照组，营养指标及生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 早期康复护理可有效改善脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能，效果较好。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing for patients with dysphagia after stroke. Methods From July 2023 to July 2024, 80 patients with dysphagia after stroke were selected and randomly divided into observation group (early rehabilitation nursing) and control group (routine nursing), with 40 cases in each group, and the effects were compared. Results The scores of swallowing function in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of nutritional indexes and quality of life were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the swallowing function of patients with dysphagia after stroke, and the effect is good.
