Objective To explore the application effect of fine nursing in prone position ventilation patients with severe pneumonia, and analyze its impact on the rehabilitation of patients. Methods 60 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to the Respiratory and Critical Care Department of our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects, all of whom were treated with prone position ventilation. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The observation group received refined nursing, and the control group received routine nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared, such as the improvement time of clinical symptoms, complication rate and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the improvement time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter (P < 0.05). The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of fine nursing in prone position ventilation patients with severe pneumonia is significant, can effectively shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms, reduce the incidence of complications, improve patient satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
