Objective To analyze the role of psychological intervention in reducing the psychological burden of patients after bronchoscopy. Methods 60 patients underwent bronchoscopy in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025. The group was divided into random number table method, including observation group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group performed routine nursing, and the observation group added psychological intervention, and compared the nursing effect of the two groups. Results The comparison of the results between the two groups showed that the anxiety improvement effect of patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group, the compliance behavior was significantly higher than that of the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group, and the final quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were higher than that of the control group, (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological intervention in the management of bronchoscopy patients can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing service, enhance patients compliance behavior and cooperation, reduce the psychological burden of patients, so as to improve the safety of examination.
