本文对急性脑梗死（ACI）实施溶栓治疗中的护理要点进行全面阐述，从溶栓前、溶栓时以及溶栓后的每个阶段系统化梳理护理工作，目的是将护理质量进一步提高，促使患者预后有效改善，为临床护理实践给予参考的根据和基础。

| Abstract |
In this paper, the nursing points in thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral infarction (ACI) are comprehensively expounded, and the nursing work is systematically combed from each stage before, during and after thrombolysis, with the aim of further improving the nursing quality, effectively improving the prognosis of patients and providing reference for clinical nursing practice.
