Objective To explore the effect of problem tracking nursing intervention in the care of patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Methods The subjects of this study were 42 patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and the sampling period was from January 2022 to January 2023. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into a reference group and an experimental group. The reference group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received problem tracking nursing care, with 21 patients in each group. Compare the incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction between two groups. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group (9.52%) was lower than that in the reference group (42.86%) (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group (100.00%) was higher than that of the reference group (61.90%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting problem tracking nursing interventions in the care of patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can help reduce adverse reactions and improve patient satisfaction. This method is worth promoting.
