在护理教育领域,人文关怀理念具有不可替代的重要性。本文深入剖析护理教学中人文关怀缺失的现状,探寻背后根源,研究其不良影响。同时,全面阐述将人文关怀融入课程、教学方法与评价体系的策略,深入分析其对学生素养提升、护患关系改善以及护理学科发展的重大意义,并探索创新实践模式。旨在为护理教学改革提供全方位、切实可行的方向,推动护理教育高质量发展。
Abstract
In the field of nursing education, the concept of humanistic care is of irreplaceable importance. This article deeply analyzes the current situation of the lack of humanistic care in nursing teaching, explores the underlying causes, and studies its adverse effects. At the same time, it comprehensively expounds on the strategies for integrating humanistic care into the curriculum, teaching methods, and evaluation system, deeply analyzes its significant significance for improving students literacy, enhancing the nurse-patient relationship, and promoting the development of the nursing discipline, and explores innovative practice models. The aim is to provide a comprehensive and practical direction for the reform of nursing teaching and promote the high-quality development of nursing education.
