| 摘要 |
目的 分析肺癌化疗患者提供Orem自理护理模式的效果。方法 选择2024年1月份至2024年12月份于我科化疗的60例肺癌患者进行研究，随机分成对照组和实验组，每组30例，对照组常规护理，实验组Orem自理护理模式，分析两组患者的肺功能指标以及两组患者核心症状指标评分。结果 两组患者通过不同的干预措施后，实验组患者肺功能指标优于对照组，p<0.05，评估患者核心症状指标评分，实验组优于对照组，p<0.05。结论 对肺癌化疗患者提供Orem自理护理模式，可以改善患者的肺功能指标，改善患者的核心症状，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of Orem self-care mode in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy. Methods A total of 60 patients with lung cancer who received chemotherapy in our department from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected for the study and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 cases in each group, routine nursing in the control group and Orem self-care mode in the experimental group, and the pulmonary function indexes and core symptom index scores of patients in the two groups were analyzed. Results After the two groups of patients through different intervention measures, the experimental group of patients with lung function index is better than the control group, p<0.05, evaluation of patients with core symptom index score, the experimental group is better than the control group, p<0.05. Conclusion Providing Orem self-care mode for patients with lung cancer chemotherapy can improve lung function index and core symptoms of patients, which is worth advocating.
