| 摘要 |
目的 对白血病患儿中施以健康宣教的价值进行明确，旨在推动白血病患儿护理研究发展。方法 以2024年2月至2025年2月期间院内临床综合诊断为白血病的69例患儿作为试验观察对象，试验分组按照随机数字表法进行，包括对照组（34例）、观察组（35例），不同小组护理模式分别以常规手段、健康宣教手段开展，分析比较其结果（依从性及临床症状持续时长）。结果 相较于对照组，观察组依从性良好占比例数更高、观察组临床症状持续时长更短（P＜0.05）。结论 于临床中施以健康宣教方式，对白血病患儿依从性提高及减少临床症状持续时长有着重要意义，有助于提高小儿白血病临床护理质量水平。

| Abstract |
Objective To clarify the value of health education for children with leukemia and to promote the development of nursing research for leukemia patients. Methods A total of 69 children diagnosed with leukemia clinically in the hospital between February 2024 and February 2025 were selected as the experimental observation subjects. The experimental groups were randomly divided into a control group (34 cases) and an observation group (35 cases) using a random number table method. Different nursing modes were implemented using conventional methods and health education methods, and the results (compliance and duration of clinical symptoms) were analyzed and compared. Compared with the control group, the observation group had a higher proportion of good compliance and a shorter duration of clinical symptoms (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of health education in clinical practice is of great significance for improving compliance and reducing the duration of clinical symptoms in children with leukemia, which can help improve the quality of clinical nursing care for children with leukemia.
