| 摘要 |
目的 探讨接受手术治疗患者采取麻醉前健康宣教+麻醉恢复室（PACU）优质护理对其护理满意度的影响。方法 选取2022年8月至2023年9月接受手术治疗患者78例，随机分为观察组（麻醉前健康宣教+ PACU优质护理）和对照组（常规护理）各39例，对比干预效果（患者护理满意度、心理状态、麻醉苏醒质量、术后恢复质量）。结果 观察组护理满意度中的护理效果等指标评分高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组心理状态中HAMA等平分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组麻醉苏醒质量中睁眼时间等均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组术后恢复质量中躯体舒适度等平分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 麻醉前健康教育与PACU优质护理应用在手术治疗患者中对于护理满意度的提升存在促进作用，效果较好。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the influence of pre-anesthesia health education + anesthesia recovery room (PACU) quality nursing on their nursing satisfaction. Methods 78 patients receiving surgical treatment from August 2022 to September 2023 and randomly divided into 39 cases of observation group (pre-anesthesia health education + PACU quality care) and control group (routine care) were selected to compare the intervention effect (patient nursing satisfaction, psychological state, quality of anesthesia recovery, and postoperative recovery quality). Results The score of nursing effect and other indicators in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05); the HAMA in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05); the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05); and the physical comfort in the postoperative recovery quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Pre-anesthesia health education and PACU quality nursing application are effective in promoting the improvement of nursing satisfaction.
