Objective To analyze the effect of continuous diet nursing on type 2 diabetes patients with obesity. Methods The experimental income samples were all 90 patients with type 2 diabetes and obesity admitted to our hospital from August 2023 to August 2024. The participants were divided into two groups according to the computer random grouping method, namely, the control group (routine nursing) and the observation group (continuous diet nursing). The relevant index data of the two groups of patients during the implementation process were collated and recorded, and the application value of continuous diet nursing intervention was analyzed by combining the statistical system. Results The blood glucose score of the observation group was lower than that of the other group, and the nursing satisfaction and quality of life data showed a higher advantage compared to the other group. The inter group comparison P value was less than 0.05, indicating statistical significance. Conclusion Continuous diet nursing intervention for type 2 diabetes patients with obesity can significantly control blood glucose indicators, improve nursing satisfaction, and improve quality of life. The overall effect is accurate and suitable for promotion.
