| 摘要 |
目的 分析集束化护理在ICU患者谵妄预防中的应用效果。方法 选择2024年1月份至2024年12月份收治的50例患者进行研究，双盲法分成对照组和实验组，每组25例患者，对照组常规护理，实验组集束化护理，分析两组患者谵妄发生率、认知功能以及心理状态。结果 对比两组患者谵妄发生率，实验组低于对照组，p<0.05，分析患者认知功能，实验组优于对照组，p<0.05，评估患者心理状态，实验组优于对照组，P<0.05。结论 对ICU患者提供集束化护理，可以降低患者谵妄的产生，改善患者认知功能，稳定患者心理状态，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of cluster nursing in the prevention of delirium in ICU patients. Methods Fifty patients admitted from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected for research, and were divided into control group and experimental group by double-blind method, with 25 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine care and the patients in the experimental group were given cluster care. The incidence of delirium, cognitive function and psychological state were analyzed. Results Comparing the incidence of delirium between the two groups, the experimental group was lower than the control group, p<0.05. Analyzing the patients cognitive function, the experimental group was superior to the control group, p<0.05. Evaluating the patients psychological state, the experimental group was superior to the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Cluster nursing care for ICU patients can reduce delirium, improve patients cognitive function and stabilize patients psychological state, which is worth promoting.
