【Abstract】Objective To explore the effect of cognitive skills and psychological nursing on cognitive function, negative emotions and social function in patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods 92 patients with craniocerebral trauma from January 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital were selected and grouped according to the random number table method. 46 cases in the control group were given routine nursing and music therapy, 46 cases in the observation group were added cognitive skills psychological intervention, social function defect screening scale (SDSS) score was used to evaluate social function; Wisconsin Card Classification Test (WCST) evaluation and recognition Knowledge function; anxiety and depression SDS and SAS scores. Results: After intervention, the observation group scores of SDSS, SDS, and SAS were lower than those of the control group, the total time and the time of wrong thinking were lower than the control group, and the percentage of conceptual level was higher than that of the control group, which was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Cognitive skills psychological nursing intervention for patients with craniocerebral trauma can effectively reduce the negative emotions of patients and improve the recovery of cognitive and social functions.
