Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and application value of acupoint massage combined with ear point pressure bean treatment in diabetic patients with insomnia. Methods 60 diabetic patients with insomnia in hospital (sample number: 60 cases; sample inclusion time: May 2023 to May 2024) were selected, and divided into two groups: control and experimental, respectively for conventional treatment, acupoint massage combined with ear point pressing bean treatment. Collect and analyze the treatment effects. Results Compared with the control group (conventional treatment), the experimental group (acupuncture) had lower blood glucose levels (fasting glucose / 2 hours postprandial glycaemia / glycated hemoglobin), lower sleep quality score (sleep quality / sleep time / sleep time / sleep efficiency / sleep disorder / hypnotic / daytime dysfunction), TCM syndrome points (upset / palpitations, dreams / dry throat / hot sweats / five upset) was lower, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Acupressure massage combined with ear point pressure bean therapy can effectively improve the control effect of blood sugar, promote the improvement of the symptoms of patients with diabetes and insomnia, and improve the quality of sleep, which has high application value.
